PATH TO FRANKFORT

The focal point of this original watercolor is where the Kentucky River bends and in the distance the skyline downtown Frankfort. Sawyier draws the viewer to this point by "enclosing" it with trees on the left and right and by the path inthe foreground.

This original was purchased in the 1970's from the art collection of the Women's Club of Frankfort.
